Just thought this was funny. True, but funny.

Funny, how the game works: The media make a distraction (such as they did yesterday, with Bristol Palin). And then they say -- with the appearance of disinterestedness -- "Gee, the Republicans are suffering from a distraction at this convention. They didn't need this." Reminds me of a lot of things -- including this: A golf announcer will say, "Joe Smith is quietly moving up the leaderboard." The reason he's "quietly" moving up the leaderboard is that you haven't covered him!
