The Jawa Report: McCain POW Film Blocked by Hollywood
Until after the November election, Warner Brothers has blocked the release of a film about the Hanoi Hilton, featuring an interview with John McCain discussing his imprisonment. The film is a favorable portrayal.
Warner Brothers spokesman Ronnee Sass said, "It's just us trying to be cautious and not affect the election one way or the other."
Of course, the desire to not affect the election doesn't impact the release of any anti-Republican or anti-American Hollywood productions.
